The purpose of this method is to break through emotional and physical patterns, creating space for healing, balance and genuine inner freedom.

What can you expect during a session?

1. Intake & Conversation
We discuss the challenges, themes or situations you are facing. This forms the foundation for the Journey session.

2. The Inner Journey
You are guided into a deep state of relaxation and awareness.
From this state, a natural process unfolds in which insights, emotions and memories rise to the surface to be processed and understood.

3. Release & Healing
You are given the space to release emotional charge, old beliefs and deep blockages.
This part of the process often brings relief, clarity and a renewed sense of inner strength.

4. Integration
At the end of the session, we discuss your experience and how you can integrate these insights into your daily life.
Many people notice a sense of lightness, calm and a deeper connection with themselves.

This is why we also recommend starting trauma release work at a young age, even with children.
